Class Information

Learn about what we offer, what each class is like, and what works best for you!

Workout of the Day

Known as the CrossFit “WoD,” each group-style workout is led by one of our coaches. This includes stretching, a warmup, the workout and a cool down!

Open Gym

Each open gym block is one hour long and overseen by one of our coaches. It’s a chance to make up a missed WOD, work on new skills, or do accessory work!

Olympic Weightlifting

A class focused on learning, improving, and refining the Olympic lifts; Snatch and Clean + Jerk.

Personal Training and Programming

Customized to your needs, these one-on-one sessions or programming blocks are perfect if you are seeking a more individualized approach. Contact us to learn more!

Nutrition Coaching

We offer personal nutrition seminars and coaching. The seminars monthly, one-hour, Q&A style sessions that give you the tools to customize your nutrition toward your goals. Contact us to learn more about either!

Fundamentals

These ad-hoc, small-group style classes are about getting you familiarized with the foundational movements. We do these in conjunction with classes so you have an opportunity to see what a normal class is like!
